("CGR") was formed in 1980 as a securities Broker-Dealer and is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”). CGR transacts a full range of investment products and will act in a placement agent capacity for transactions utilizing the Company’s proprietary Life Insurance Backed Collateral (“LIBAC^SM”) structures, which are designed to protect invested principal in nearly any type of investment structure.   CGR is currently working with several investment banking groups to place investments for public companies using LIBAC^SM and has plans to syndicate and place several new sponsored proprietary FUND transactions under the Company’s LIBAC^SM brand.
